[ops] updates and upgrades
Apps should be checked for upgrade and upgraded monthly, but also package repositories and system packages including the hypervisor (proxmox) and any virtual machines.
Updating abra apps
To get all the upgradeable apps run the following abra command
abra app ls -S -m | jq '

follow that by running abra app upgrade repeatedly until you're on the latest version, making sure you read the upgrade notes if any and jump one version at a time until you arrive to the latest version.
